SUPERNOVA

Don’t try to compare Supernova with anything you’ve seen so far…
…because you can not!
Supernova is completely unique because it is very difficult to realize it…

Supernova is a completely unusual event, unique in the world that represents the fusion of arts,
in the first place of classical music, and space technology. Specifically, it is about the use of satellite technology during a classical music concert performed by former and current students of the Academy of Arts, students of music schools and members of the Committee for Space Program Development who are engaged on the tasks of examining sounds that originate in extraterrestrial space, all in cooperation with the Committee‘s engineers. The melodies performed were specially composed for this event due to the specificity of the content.  Not only is the event unique in everything mentioned, but it is also interactive for the participants!

Committee for Space Program Development members with collaborators, experts from all over the world have been working on this project for years because most of the activities are realized in real time, and reliable satellite communication is necessary. Everything is similar to a real space mission, all scenarios are taken into account and then the elimination system is implemented… and that requires time and knowledge and experience. Supernova participants will experience it. They will be travelers through the Solar System, there will be engineers in the space mission control room, they will communicate… and all with specially composed melodies of classical music. The entire event is full of symbolism and each segment has its own purpose, from the content itself to the performers of the musical piece, who are deliberately of different ages. Participants will inevitably be stimulated to think and then they will come to the conclusion themselves, why everything was made this way.

However, without international cooperation, this event would not be possible to realize, which is already, at the start, the realization of several most important goals of the Committee, which are support, understanding and unity. It is no coincidence that in the first program (Contact) they use the UNITY Satellites that they launched into space in 2021 with partners from India, and then also the satellite constellations that have been for a long time part of their systems for monitoring the quality of surface water, air and soil in real time. And all with the intention of educating those present, that is, holding zero class in a practical sense and providing the necessary information so that citizens could do the same from their homes. The more systems are used and shown during the event, the more informed the citizens will be. All of this is actually a overture to much bigger programs within Supernova that will follow in the coming period. A very simple principle is used, first of all adequate preparations and basics must be made among the citizens, and then the next level is moved on. Of course, while simultaneously promoting both space technology and art…
Supernova promotes the achievements of all countries and space agencies in the world such as the American NASA, the Russian Roscosmos, the European ESA, the Chinese CNSA, the Indian ISRO, the Japanese JAXA, etc.

It is inevitable that the participants will learn something new, because things that have not been available to the public until now will also be shown, and this will serve as a basis and motivation for the participants for further research, improvement and realization of their own ideas for the common good, and at the same time to influence the change of awareness. Space engineering with its interdisciplinarity and art are excellent tools for achieving this goal for citizens of all age groups.

Whether it is science fiction or a reality that benefits us every day?

The participants will give an answer…

Supernova / theme: Contact

The event consists of 5 segments with a total duration of 93 minutes. The duration is symbolic because the International Space Station (ISS) orbits the Earth in 93 minutes, and ISS is also part of the event.
There is no intermission.

I segment: Lift-off and Journey through the Solar System / Human as creator (Expedited Boundary Shift)

II segment: First contact (reception of the first signal from Space)

III segment: Natural and artificial (to preserve or to destroy)

IV segment: Second contact (reception of the second signal from Space) / Interaction

V segment: Return to Earth
